We have had a bed box for a couple of years which I use every time we travel. Every single time we travel everyone at the airport stares at the bed box as the best thing ever, and it’s so true. With the long lines and tiny feet my toddler gets tired easily, so I just let him ride on it and it saves us both a lot of exhausting energy. It fits under the seat so easily and it’s very easy to handle. It converts my sons economy chair into first class. When we don’t use it for travel it serves as decoration In his room and he plays with it. Recently he was playing roughly with it and broke the handle. I was so sad and contacted jetkids and immediately they were so accommodating and sweet. Without expecting this they sent me a new replacement lid ? We first started using just the bed portion, as you need to be 3 to be tall enough to roll around on it safely, and I loved that this gave my daughter more room to stretch her legs and sleep on the plane. Once she was 3 we used the ride-on function and boy was that a GAME CHANGER. I cannot imagine navigating the airport without our bed box anymore. This has saved us from meltdowns because sometimes we would take a flight that is at night/past child's bedtime, and usually I would have to put her in the stroller, which was not easy. Lets face it- rolling a suitcase, holding backpack and pushing a stroller is not the most fun experience. Enter the bed box- your child will be laughing and rolling on their bed box while you happily walk through the airport and smile at everyone that smiles at your child and comments about how they can get one made in their size. The final component is the storage inside of the bed box- we used this to store anything that we needed on the plane that we did not want to get out of our larger suitcase up top. We stored coloring books, our merino wool jet kids blanket, toys, etc. Surprisingly it stores a good amount of items. One last thing- we LOVE the new jet kids backpack as well! It's water-resistant, it is adjustable, so you can make it a larger backpack or a smaller backpack, and it even comes with an insert for you to use to sit down on or maybe even use to change your child's baby sibling with. Finally, you can loop it on your child's bed box and it serves as additional storage room for your trip. Use it for grandma and grandpas house, road trips, a trip to the beach, you could probably even put an ice pack in it and use it to store drinks for your trip to the beach! It made him really cozy in our long flight. We also got a few good compliments from the flight attendees on both Ana Airlines and Air Canada on how handy to have the little bedbox for our baby cause they seems to be familiar with the bedbox. Some people were pretty amazed how a tiny little thing could turned into a bed for our little one so we gave out this website and told them to check it out to make their next travel more comfortable with their little one. They favorite game, nowadays, is to transform our house into an airport so they can "ride their suitcases". Recently, one of the BedBoxes suffered some damage to the wheel hub and became unusable. It was devastating for all those involved. However, without any fuss, and with a minimum of effort on my part (finding an email receipt and uploading some pictures with my phone), JetKids agreed to send us a replacement! In a time like this, where we are bottled up in our home because of Coronavirus, it cannot be understated how much of a lift it will be for my son to be able to travel again (even if just in his imagination). When our newborn is old enough, it is a sure bet that there will be a third BedBox in our house. read less

I have flown regularly between NZ and the UK with my 2 children during that time and every time the boxes have impressed me. Not only are they excellent for giving increased comfort for the children inflight, allowing easier sleep but they also make moving through airports so much easier, especially as a single parent with 2 children. I also can’t speak highly enough of their customer service team. One of the lids recently cracked (after 4 years of regular use) and it was replaced with no questions asked and for no charge. That sort of service is hard to come by these days. read less
