JetKids' mission is to offer the fastest shipping possible. Therefore, we use DHL with On Demand Delivery options ensuring your order is delivered within one to four days of purchase.

Our delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 1-3 business days
  • Rest of the world: 1-4 business days

A DHL tracking number will be provided to you via email as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.

DHL offers you the flexibility to make changes and manage your delivery when your purchase is on its way to you. An SMS/ Email notification will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched. Choose from:

Duties & Taxes paid on all orders
As a JetKids customer, there will be no additional import charges to get your product delivered to you. This is valid for all JetKids shipments and included as as our service to you.

All our shipments are insured for your protection. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, or you suspect that the goods are lost, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help you out.

You are responsible for providing us a correct shipping address. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, the goods might eventually be returned to us.

Change of Mind

JetKids products can be returned within 14 days from the date you received it. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was received in the last 14 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria cannot be considered for return.

To return the product, please email [email protected] to start the return process.

Send the product with its original packing to the address provided. You will be provided with a JetKids packing slip which is to be used for your return.

The total purchase price will be refunded to you as soon as the goods have been returned to us in reasonable condition.

Damaged or faulty items

Even though very rare, damages might occur during e.g shipping. If for some reason you suspect the product(s) is faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately for assistance.
